What is Brut Champagne?

Brut is Champagne-speak for a dry style of Champagne with less than 12 g/l of dosage. Because dosage is used to balance acidity, using less (or none at all) requires exceptional grapes and winemaking finesse. Come along as we dive into this less-is-more grower Champagne style preferred by connoisseurs and fatcork Champagne customers everywhere.
