We’re a boutique Champagne club, bottle shop and tasting room partnering with small, independent producers to import the world’s best Champagne from France. From our headquarters in Seattle, we sell directly to consumers all over the U.S. through our website, quarterly club and tasting room. The Role:
We're looking for a sharp, organized and people-oriented Customer Data Analyst to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines data management, customer experience and operational coordination. As the common thread between our systems and to our customers, you’ll be responsible for keeping our data clean and our clients happy.
This is not a siloed desk job. You'll own critical systems, work directly with customers and help shape how fatcork operates as we grow.
What You'll Do:
Customer Data Management
- Own and maintain our customer database in our Shopify commerce platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness
- Integrate and sync customer data across platforms including the Bloom app (for club processing) and ShipStation
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies across systems to ensure a single, reliable source of truth
Order Operations

Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and routed correctly through our fulfillment workflow

Process club allocations, setting up each quarterly release in Bloom and transferring data from Bloom to Shopify

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve order issues quickly

Identify and flag recurring operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
Customer Relations

Deliver a consistently warm, professional and solutions-oriented customer experience in person, over the phone and via email

Handle escalations with patience, good nature and sound judgment, turning problems into positive outcomes
What We're Looking For:
We care more about who you are than what your resume says. If you're resourceful, people-oriented and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus — but not required

Familiarity with order management or fulfillment tools (ShipStation experience is a plus)

Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools for optimizing spreadsheets and CRM/Shopify functions

Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills

Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss

Clear, confident communication skills, both in writing and over the phone

Comfort juggling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment

Proactive mindset — you take initiative without needing to be micromanaged

A collaborative team player who genuinely enjoys working with people
