- Staff are required to wear a face mask and latex gloves at all times.
- Customers must wear a mask when inside the fatcork space but can take their mask off while enjoying their bubbles (*Private tastings only). We have a supply of extra masks at the door if someone has forgotten theirs.
- Hand sanitizer is available for guest and office use.
- We do not allow more than 5 people in the office space at a time, including staff.
- All surfaces, bottles, door handles, building communal areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily.
- We offer curbside pickup and shipping.
We have a tier for everyone! If you are new to Champagne, I would suggest starting at the Classic tier. You can always bump yourself up a tier down the line.
No matter what tier you choose, your first club allocation will be an introduction to Champagne. With every allocation we aim to help you learn more about the amazing world of French Champagne with every bottle. For more details check out our club page.

Tete de cuvée translates to “head cuvée” and is considered to be the very best Champagne that the grower makes.

There sure is. If you are a current club member and you refer someone who signs up for the club you get a bottle in your next club allocation!
For our Classic members, we charge a flat rate fee of $9.95. For our Fancy and Extra Fancy members shipping is free!
We will hold your order for up to 6 months. Due to our cozy space, we ask that you pick up your orders in a timely fashion so that we have room for incoming supply from France. If you can’t make it in, let us know and we can arrange to ship your order for you.
You will be contacted twice after a 6 month hold. If we don’t hear back from you, your account will be charged for shipping and we will ship to the address on file.
You will be charged the same amount every time! As a member you will be charged seasonally at the time of each allocation (four times per year) in March, May, September & November. See our club page for tier pricing.
For gift memberships there are two options:
1. For the gift giver to be charged quarterly.
2. For the gift giver to pay upfront for the whole year = membership tier amount x4.

Alaska and Hawaii fall outside of our member shipping policy due to increased shipping costs, and limited shipping options for Champagne. The only option for shipping is via plane.
For online orders and club orders actual shipping costs will be added to your invoice.
We want to ensure that your bubbles get to you in tip top shape, and we always keep a close eye on weather patterns before shipping. In the case that it is too hot or too cold we have 3 options:
1.) We can hold your order and combine it with your next allocation.
2.)We can hold your order and will wait for an opening of mild weather to ship out.
3.) We can ship via FedEx 2-day Express for a flat rate fee of $25 (with ice packs, when it’s hot.)
Package deliveries must be signed by someone 21 or over. If no one of age is available to sign, we recommend routing your shipping address to a convenient UPSpick up center. Or you can sign up for UPS My Choice Serviceto manage and schedule your deliveries.
After you receive payment confirmation of your allocation, stay tuned for an automated shipment email from your shipping carrier when it scans your package for delivery. This email will include a tracking number and an expected delivery time.
During periods of high volume, it sometimes takes our small team up to a week to pack and ship orders after they’re processed. Need it fast? Let us know and we will do our best to get it out ASAP.
It depends on where you are and when your order is placed, if you are on the west coast it will take 1 to 2 business days. Middle states take 3 to 4 business days and east coast takes 5 to 7 business days.
Absolutely! Just give us a call or email to let us know you would like to come by and pick up, and we will be sure to be ready for you. We can even run it out to your car, just contact us when you are outside.
After your order is processed you will receive an automatic email letting you know your order is ready!
Oh no! That’s the worst, but this does occasionally happen sometimes. Please let us know and we would be happy to replace your bottle.
