Brut
Brut signifies a bubbly that is bone dry: always less than 1.5% sugar. However, most producers also let the term Brut stand alone on the label to classify their entry-level cuvée. Don't let that entry-level language deter you! When you're dealing with fine growers working the most suited terroir on the planet, any basic cuvée can be a masterpiece. All of Fat Cork's Bruts have been aged for a minimum of three years before release; and with age, comes complexity. Pop!
