The Gimonnet family has been working the vineyards of Champage since 1650! And, the current Gimonnet-Oger cellar and production house was built in 1850. Their cellars are 30 meters deep and this place is as old school as it gets. Jean-Luc is traditional in every aspect, from vineyard management, to crushing grapes in the old wooden press, to aging his Champagnes for years and years before disgorgement. We love representing a Champagne house with this much rich tradition and distinct style.
