A tough and controversial category. Cuvées that are fresh, light, and have little sugar (like most of Fat Cork's selections) will taste bitter next to a delectable sweet treat. The cuvées listed here are chosen with semi-sweet desserts in mind. Never wanting to forgo Champagne for sugar, our favorite alternative is a dessert of fresh berries and cream, or sparkling rosé with a bit of dark chocolate.
