Extra Brut
An extra brut Champagne can contain 0-6 grams of sugar per liter. Extra bruts are very dry, much like the natural brut category, but they tend to be less austere than brut zero, and can produce terrific minerality. Extra bruts generally age longer and pair with a wider variety of foods. Note: our selections listed here all fall into 0-6 grams of sugar per liter, but occasionally the bottle is labeled simply "brut" instead of the more accurate "extra brut."
