Perrot-Batteux et Filles Vieilles Vignes Premier Cru
Beautiful lightly golden appearance. Aromas of white flowers, almond, vanilla, melted butter, and hazelnuts. Fresh and quite tonic on the palate. Silky with effervescence and strong notes of fresh bread, brioche, and minerality. The finish is very long and clean. Notes of brioche and chalk linger on the palate. Pair with fish, vegetables and even lighter meats such as poultry or pork.
