Lark Dinner Featuring Fat Cork and Adelsheim

We're very excited to announce that we'll be teaming up with our friends from Lark Restaurant and Adelsheim Vineyard to create a unique wine and food experience.

Dubbed Best Chef Northwest by the esteemed James Beard Foundation, Lark Chef/Owner, John Sundstrom will use our Champagnes and Adelsheim's still wines as inspiration to plan and prepare a special four course dinner. This exclusive event will be limited to 40 guests who will enjoy a Champagne and a still wine with each course.

Adelsheim winemaker, Dave Paige, and our own Bryan Maletis are recently returned from a tasting and wine-bro bonding trip through Champagne. They'll both be in attendance to regale us with stories of their French exploits and to show off their best wines, each paired with a brilliant dish from Chef Sundstrom.
