Champagne Dinner with Laureen Baillette at Tavolàta

We are honored to work with local chef extraordinaire Ethan Stowell, Sennen David (the sommelier for all Ethan Stowell Restaurants), and Addam Buzzalini (the head chef of Tavolàta), to create a Champagne Dinner at Tavolàta with Fat Cork producer Laureen Baillette. The evening will include incredible food, delicious Champagne and great conversation with our French guests! We'll be pouring the entire collection of Champagne Jean Baillette-Prudhomme served alongside incredible French-inspired cuisine, created specifically for each Champagne (think oysters, frites, caviar, smoked fish, shaved truffles, and lots more!). Very limited spots available, purchase your tickets soon.
