Grongnet Cuvée Carpe Diem Brut Magnum
This is aged in old Burgundy barrels, but it has little remnants of oak. The palate is full of fruit, yet the finish is beautifully dry and lasts for minutes. There is a lot of wonderful aged components in this Champagne as 80% of the cuvée is from the 2004 vintage, and the remainder from 2002. Traditionalists and enthusiasts will love this Champagne!
