Grongnet Cuvée Blanc de Noirs

Pale blonde and straw like in color. Bold with aromas of chestnut, ripe raspberry, warm baguette, and baked apple. The taste is fresh with effervescence and smooth acidity. The finish is long and graceful with hints of limestone. This cuvee would be best by itself as an aperitif, but would also do well with some fresh oysters.
