2016 Bonne Année
Brut Nature is the driest of the Champagne styles - clean, pure and minerally. The perfect apéritif or as a companion to briny oysters.
Hervieux Dumez Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature
The robe, pale yellow with delicate green reflections, confirms the identity of this Chardonnay vintage. It's animated by a beautiful effervescent activity of rather fine bubbles that feed a light bead on the surface. The visual presentation is fresh and rather dynamic.
Perrot-Batteux et Fills Cuvée Hélixe Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature
This is classically elegant Côte des Blanc Champagne. With grapes grown in soil of pure chalk, you can taste it in the cuvée and there is nothing else like it in the world; this is a classic example of why Champagne is special. It is light, has huge acids, but also tropical fruit undertones. The finish is long, lemony, and has a touch of sweetness.
