Dumez a Bigger Favor

Hervieux Dumez is a grower we have recently expanded upon, adding three new bottles to our portfolio. These three bottles differ from each other in terms of composition, but all made with Dumez's systematic and curated approach.

Hervieux Dumez Rosé Brut

Enchanting deep pink in colour with flashes of light copper. Notes of white flowers, red currant, strawberry and cherry aromas with a whipped cream. Well balanced, round and fresh, Beautiful length ending harmoniously with red fruit aromas and a slight hint of minerality. This Champagne is perfect for starting a great night out, for celebrating, or for adding a splash of color to your table. Pair with sweet-savory preparations, such as smoked salmon and cream cheese, or berries and whipped cream

Hervieux Dumez Brut Reserve

Light yellow tint with green reflections. The nose is packed with classic floral, green apple and luscious marshmallow aromas. The taste is fresh, with good acidity, good effervescence and no bitterness. With subtler notes of toast, melted butter and honey. The finish is long very clear, mineral and accompanied by citrus notes. This would be excellent aperitif, or with fish, soft cheese, oysters and light salads

Hervieux Dumez Blanc de Blanc Brut

Beautiful golden color with straw-green reflections. The aroma is elegant and enticing, with notes of jordan almonds, vanilla, and daffodil. Followed by a background of citrus and a slight biscuit like aroma. Lively and tonic expressions of white peaches, roasted almonds and honey. The finish is smooth with minerality. A noble representation of the Chardonnay grape: freshness, lightness and pure. This Champagne would be best before dinner as an aperitif, or even better on Sunday afternoon.
